*In cases of severe damage during the shipping process – please contact me with clear photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can discuss a plan of action. If you receive a damaged package, please keep all packaging, including filling and wrapping, as USPS may request these items for any claims.
Shipping policies
Items purchased will be shipped within 10 business days from confirmation of purchase payment, with exception of made to order items. Please see item descriptions for made to order items, for more accurate time estimates. Please allow me time to process your order, as it is just myself packing and processing orders. I will always try to get your item shipped to you as quickly as possible and aim to beat the estimated shipping time frame.
We are not liable for mail theft or packages that have incorrect mailing addresses provided by the buyer. Please be sure to double check your shipping address to make sure all information is correct, and that you are using a safe address for delivery before submitting your order.
I am currently shipping to the United States only, and will ship via USPS. You will receive an email with a shipping notification and tracking number once the item has shipped.
If you are noticing a delay in receiving your item, once shipped, please refer to the tracking number to review the status of your shipped item. If you feel there is an unnecessary delay, I suggest that you call or go to your local post office with your tracking number and ask them for more information regarding your package. This is the fastest and easiest way for you to find more information on the location of your package. Once a package is marked as delivered it is no longer my responsibility to keep track of its whereabouts. I do not offer refunds for stolen mail.
Fragrance and Body Care orders:
By purchasing any handmade items, fragrances or body care items, you agree that you have read the notifications and disclaimers on the product listing. Whiff of Whimsy/ Mello Moonstone is not liable for any reaction to any particular ingredient or product. An allergy/ sensitivity patch test is always recommended on fragrance and body care items. This is extremely important if there is any doubt or history of skin reactions.
